The Organiser will attempt to make available a number of meeting rooms to cater for Exhibitors wishing to hold private meetings or conduct product briefings during the Event.
Meeting Room bookings are available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for confirmed Exhibitors only.
The cost of meeting room hire is to be confirmed in late 2009. Meeting Rooms can be hired for a two hour minimum block.

will also proudly present the Business2Business Centre at the Pacific 2010 International Maritime Exposition
The Business2Business Centre offers a private and comfortable space for exhibitors to hold meetings and briefings during Pacific 2010. Facilities include several meeting rooms catering for four people or less, as well as a large meeting room with seating for up to ten people and a LCD screen for presentations.
